Anyhoo, my life is very busy, so I haven't had time to post lately. But anywayz, mon, updates!

We've got a new Fan Club! Which is pretty awesome. It's on my list of things I want. Hmm. Now all I need is an iMac, a sports car, a mansion, a motorcycle, a swimming pool, and more raisins, and I'll be happy.  Haley had better get busy.

Hello Ladies,

I have a problem. Will you help me? Fellow birds will totally understand this problem.

I have this canary-nest dish thingy in my cage. My human keeps putting all these damn toys in it...popcupine balls, spools, miniature rattles, little plastic dummies (the kind often used in bird toys), little plastic skateboards, and all of that garbage. It would be a swell dish to sit in if I could only get all of those stupid things out of it! I toss them onto the floor, but the human says "Aww. Isn't that cute? He loves his little toy box!" and PUTS THEM BACK IN!!! Arrgghhh, then I need to do MY WORK ALL OVER AGAIN! Seriously, when will these lady learn?!?! She is so stupid!

Well, today it was warm and sunny so Haley put us outside all day. We were supervised so we couldn't do anything sneaky (darn it!!)

I have decided to try to strike up a friendship with the wild birds outside. Because they are wild and have the freedom to go anywhere, and they migrate, so if I bonded with them and put together a bird army...they could spread the word all over of my world domination plan. Then, we could attack the humans and make them our slaves (like in that movie The Birds. I've never seen it because my human says she doesn't want to give us "ideas", whatever THAT means).

So I squawked whenever a bird chirped, and when I saw two blue jays chasing a crow I shouted my encouragement.

Oh, and by the way...Cheekie TOTALLY messed the music up on this blog. It's his fault, not mine. He's the "Look & Feel" Manager. He's also the "Music" Manager. We're going to hold an election (yes, where YOU get to vote!!) so hopefully that'll all change soon.

A Very Sad Sennie

Hello, this is Sukiyaki Maki Maki, and I am an adorable budgie!

I decided after Figaro was done with her post, that it would be proper that I made one. After all, I am a part of the flock too, and that I should make a post before "The Great Debate" (on whether or not we make this blog a community flock blog, or it stays with Cheekie and you hear from us occasionally). Anyhoo, let's get on with the post!

I am a Skyblue Recessive Pied. And I'm not telling you whether I am a male or a female, 'cause that's just my little secret, and I ain't gonna reveal it 'till later.  Nosy people and birds wanna know my gender, but too bad for them, I'm hiding it until the right time.  

Soooo....I live in a big white budgie cage, away from those bird brains, "Figaro" and "Aloha". Did you hear Figaro is trying to start her own cult? That girl is crazy!

My past times include chewing raffia, throwing things, and talking to my best friend, who lives in the mirror. And another thing I like to do is to sit in the fake palm tree in front of the window and sun-tan.

Oh, gotta go now, I think my best friend in the mirror needs me.

Well! I just came over to see what Aloha was doing, and she was writing on the BLOG!!! Darn it, I wanted to write a post too! Anyway, here is MY post.

I am totally gorgeous, because I am a violet budgie. Violet is the it-colour nowadays. Every budgie wants to be a violet, but they aren't! Hahahahahaha! I am! Hahahahaha!

Anyway, I love millet, carrots, parsley, basil, and mint. My stupid human keeps forcing this disgusting vile stuff on me, know as "pellets". I can't even touch the gross stuff, let alone eat it. How many fat grams in that stuff anyway? I need to stay at the perfect weight of 20 grams. As you can see, I am a very slim and lean budgie. That is why the cocks fall all over themselves for me. I am so sexy!

I even have the beginnings of my own cult! (well, me and Aloha, but still) I am so popular! Soon all those celebrities will be worshipping ME, the one who deserves it, and not some science-fiction writer like all those others love. What is with them?

I love to preen my gorgeous purple feathers all day long. I am the best flier in the world!

Today I am going to ring my bell until I get some millet, throw all my seeds and pellets (UGGHHH) out of my food bowl until I get more millet, and do daring gymnastics in my cage until I get even more millet. Its a hard life, what's a hen to do?

So that is my post. I will be making many others. Oh yes, today we are going to hold a meeting, to see if this should be the flock blog or stay Cheekie's (I think it should be mine). If it becomes the flock blog (which I hope to god it doesn't) the name (the Life of Poi) and the address (www.thesenniespot.bravejournal.com) will stay the same. Except maybe it could be The Life of Poi & Friends, which doesn't sound as cool as The Life of Fig, but whatever.
